Welcome.

If you’ve found your way here, you may be carrying the weight of loss, change, or uncertainty—and I want you to know that you don’t have to face it alone.

My role is to offer a safe, compassionate space where you can begin to make sense of what feels overwhelming and start to find your footing again.

I specialize in supporting people through traumatic grief and major life transitions. That might mean the loss of someone you love, the ending of a relationship, or one of those moments in life when everything feels unfamiliar and unsteady. Together, we’ll move at your pace—honoring both your pain and the strength it takes to keep going.

Grief has shaped my own story, too. I lost my mom to suicide when I was young, and later my dad to cancer and Alzheimer’s. Those losses changed me in deep ways and eventually led me to this work. My own healing journey is part of why I’m so passionate about helping others—especially those living with traumatic grief and survivors of suicide loss.

In addition to therapy, I also offer coaching for people supporting grieving children. My coaching sessions offer clinical guidance, customized support resources and access to a wealth of knowledge about grief.

I earned my master’s degree in clinical psychology from Antioch University, with a specialization in psychological trauma, I’m trained in EMDR therapy and have extensive additional training in grief work.
